A former Councillor under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC), Ward 5, Ikpoba Okha Government Council and also a former Majority Leader in the legislative arm of the local government, Hon. James Umaigba has congratulated Senator Monday Okpebholo and Hon. Dennis Idahosa as they emerged Edo APC Governorship Candidate and APC Deputy Governorship Candidate in the forthcoming September 21, gubernatorial election in the state.
