Ebira Doctors Congratulate Governor-Elect In Kogi

The Ebira Doctors’ Forum (EDF) has congratulated Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, on his victory in the governorship election held on Saturday.

A statement jointly signed by the President and Secretary of the Forum; Dr Zubair Kabiru and Dr Shaibu Moses, and made available to journalists on Tuesday in Lokoja, described the feat as “a well-deserved victory”.

“The Ebira Doctors Forum (EDF) offers its warmest congratulations to Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, on his well-deserved victory at the recently concluded gubernatorial elections in Kogi State.

“Your election as Governor is a testament to your hard work, dedication, and benevolence towards the people of Kogi State, including your remarkable contribution to the advancement of healthcare delivery in the state.

“We acknowledge that your success is divinely inspired and pray that the Almighty God grants you the wisdom, courage, and resources to steer the affairs of the state towards more remarkable developments.

The doctors appreciated His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, for his excellent choice of a worthy successor.

“We have no doubt that the Governor-elect will build on the foundation you laid in healthcare delivery during your tenure and create a lasting legacy in the state.

“Your Excellency, your visionary leadership, courage in dreaming big, and taking bold actions is an inspiration to many,” the Forum said.

The EDF further commended the people of Kogi State for a peaceful and successful election process.
