Easter: Nupe Natives of Lokoja congratulates Christian faithful, resident of Lokoja as well as Kogi State.
On behalf of the Elders and the National Interim Officers of Nupe Natives of Lokoja, I wish to congratulate our Christian faithfuls, all resident of Lokoja as well as Kogi State as a whole for witnessing yet another Easter Celebration.

It’s another Easter Celebration, reminding us of all that Jesus, our Christ and King endured by divine arrangement to bring up sons and daughters on to the Most High God, you and I being partakers of the grace.
May the thoughts of the events of this season provoke a deeper, higher, richer and more steadfast faith, dedication and commitment in our daily walk with God and may the victory of Jesus Christ over death remain irreversibly yours over evil especially at this time in our Nation as we pass through our most difficult socio-political and socio-economic realities ever.
May the same power that raised up Jesus Christ from death quickens your mortal bodies as individuals and every area of our national life and endeavours with that resolve to surmount the present hardship for a better and more prosperous future.
We use this opportunity to pray for the President, Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, our Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Cabinet, the Rt. Hon. Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Alh. Umar Aliyu Yusuf, the Caretaker Committee Chairman of Lokoja Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Adamu as well as all those in positions of authority that God will grant them the needed good health, wisdom and the fear of God to navigate safely through these rough and hard times for the benefit of all.
