DR. VINCENT AGBO BAGS EMINENT PEACE AMBASSADOR’S AWARD, PROMISES COMMITMENT TO ALLEVIATING POVERTY.

The President/ Chief Executive Officer, CEO of the Global Center for Empowerment and Care for life Challenges, Pst. Dr. Vincent Ejikeme Agbo, has been honoured as an Eminent Peace Ambassador of the United Nations.

 

Amb. Dr. Agbo was Conferred with the Award alongside other Eminent Nigerians at a Ceremony Organised by the International Association of World Peace Advocates in Commemoration of the 2023 International Migrant day,with a theme,” The impacts of Migration towards Sustainable Development”, held at the Auditorium of the National Merit Award House, Maitama Abuja, Thursday December 14,2023.

The Ceremony was attended by top Governments functionaries, lawmakers,Heads of Governments Agencies and Parastatals, Heads of Paramilitary Organizations, Representatives of Non- Governmental Organizations, (NGOs) Civil Society Organizations, CSOs, Friends and family members of Awardees respectively.

Addressing the media Shortly after he was Conferred with the Eminent Peace Ambassador’s Award, Amb. Dr. Agbo Said he was exhilaratingly delighted and highly honoured for the Organization to have found him Worthy for the Prestigious Award, Pointing out that, the Award accorded him was also a mark of recognition for his efforts and Contributions towards Poverty eradication and the promotion of peace in Nigeria and the World at Large.

While Commending the International Association of World Peace Advocates, for their Complimentary role by indentifying lovers and promoters of peace, he further said that the Award would Spur him to do more in promoting peace and ensuring harmonious Coexistence amongst Nigerians through his poverty reduction programs and humanitarian services.

Continuing, Amb. Agbo expressed his Profound appreciation to his friends, family members, members of the foundation and their Contractors who Came from Various parts of the Country to Support and Cheer him up at the Conferement Ceremony.He equally thanked those who must have Supported him in one way or the other for the Success of the Ceremony.
