Dr. Stella Adejoh Supports Dual Care and HIV Prevention Initiative, Pays School Fees of Muktar Mohammed.
Succour has come the way of Master Muktar Mohammed, who pulled out of school owing to his inability to pay his school fees.
The intervention to continue his primary education at Gadumo Primary School followed the payment of his school fees by Dr Stella Adejo PhD.
The intervention by Dr. Adejoh followed a call by the Executive Director of Dual Care and HIV Prevention Initiative, Roseline Alabi at the November Monthly Nutritional Support Program.
Recalled that at the November Monthly Dual Care and HIV Prevention Initiative Nutritional Support Program where the organization distributed Foodstuffs and made Payment of WAEC Fees, Mrs. Alabi solicited support for Muktar to enable him enrol at Gadumo Primary School, a walking distance from his new abode.
Mrs Alabi had earlier made the call for support for Muktar while briefing journalists in her office in Lokongoma, called for more support from the people and the government at large for the vulnerable in the society.
She particularly solicited support for Mr. Muktar to enable him continue his primary education after his relocation to Gadumo.
In a swift reaction, Dr. Adejoh offered to pay the school fees, said it is her little way of supporting the indigent in the society.
She praised Mrs. Roseline Alabi for her effort in catering for the vulnerable, urged other well spirited individuals in the society to support Dual Care and HIV Prevention Initiative in making the society a better place.
Responding to the intervention, the Executive Director, Dual Care and HIV Prevention Initiative,
appreciated Dr. Stella Adejoh and other well-meaning individuals who have helped in financing the needs of vulnerable under the organization with food items and other support.
According to Mrs. Roseline, 12 students are presently under the sponsorship of the Dual Care and HIV Prevention Initiative for the payment of their school fees.
She also used the medium to solicit funds for a child who is not positive but is suffering from malnutrition which has made her go blind and partially paralyzed.
As at Press time, Muktar Mohammed has been enrolled at Gadumo Primary School, expressed appreciation to Dr. Stella Adejoh, wished her well in all her endeavors.
