Don’t Give Up Writing The Truth, Clergyman Admonishes Kogi Journalists.


 

 

Pastor Halidu Ibrahim has admonished Journalists not to give up in writing about the wrongs of the society’, urged them to hold onto the truth.

Pastor Halidu, urged Nigerians and Journalists to make lives of thanksgiving a way of life, saying a new Nigeria is on the way Inspite the challenges presently facing the nation.

The Clergyman maintained that Journalists are the nation’s conscience, urged them not to despair in telling the truth, said change is on the way for the nation.

Pastor Halidu Ibrahim, Senior Pastor of the Revival House Church gave the admonition in a sermon at a Church Service to Mark the 2020 Kogi State NUJ Press Week, said rather than look at the situation, called on Nigerians to see a new Nigeria, despite all the challenges.

He urged Nigerians to live lives of testimony as a way of appreciating God, explained that God is a God of Miracles that comes with testimonies, assuring that soon things will turn around for good for the nation.

While noting that all is possible for those who believe, Pastor Halidu said God Wants his children to always visualize what God can do in there lives.

The Clergyman maintained that Nigerians would overcome there present challenge facing the nation with thanksgiving, urged Nigerians to hold on to there dreams, said a new Nigeria is Possible.

Pastor Halidu urged Nigerians to continueously see the grace of God in there lives with thanksgiving, urged Nigerians to connect with there dreams of a prosperous New Nigeria, said it is possible with focus and faith.

He asked Nigerians to focus on there fall back and on there rising, said Failure is not final, said the time for Nigeria is a phase, said success is by the corner for Nigeria asked Nigerians to focus on the rising of a new nation.

The Clergyman admonished Christians and Believers to make profitable friends in there lives adviced on the need to sow seeds towards helping other people, expect a turnaround, urged Nigerians never to give up in life, said Inspite pressures, setback, given up was not a way out to receiving from God.

In a remarks, Comr Adeiza Momoh Jimoh said the Union has set aside the day to thank God for the past and for what to come in the Future.

The NUJ Chairman said the church service for members is another way of spiritual rejuvenation for members, said the union is positioning its members for better Services.
