DCI, FAIWO Fetes Widows, Reward Care Givers, Paid School Fees of Orphans in Mopa, Lokoja.

 

Dual Care and HIV Prevention Initiative in conjunction with Folashade Ayoade Initiative for Widows and Orphans (FAIWO) has urged Nigerians to show support for the vulnerable in the society.

 

 

Mrs. Roseline Alabi, Executive Director, Dual Care Initiative gave the charge in Mopa and in Lokoja while she catering for widows and appreciating some care givers and paying the school fees of some orphans in Lokoja LGA.

During the yuletide, the DCI with support from FAIWO catered for several widows in Mopa. At the scale up program held in Lokoja, the collaboration paid the school fees of some orphans in Lokoja as well as appreciated some care givers with cash.

Mrs. Alabi was full of praises for Dr. Folashade Ayoade Arike, Founder of FAIWO for her untireles contribution to the support for widows and orphans.

She disclosed that nothing is too much and too small to give in putting smiles on the faces of widows and the vulnerable, pointing out that care givers who take out time to render selfless service also needed to be appreciated.

Aside catering and donating food items like rice to the women in Mopa, the collaboration between DCI and FAIWO paid the school fees of 6 orphans in Lokoja.

Mrs Alabi urged other well meaning Nigerians to emulate the founder of FAIWO, pointing out that it is more rewarding to give to the vulnerable and orphans.
