A High Court sitting in Lokoja has dismissed the suit seeking to challenge the emergence of HRM, Alhaji Saidu Akawu Salihu as the Ohimegye Igu Kingdom.
The Court In a landmark judgment delivered by Justice A. O. SALIHU dismissed the suit for lacking in merit and competence, said the emergence of Alhaji Saidu Akawu Salihu followed due process.
Recalled that the deposed Ohimegye, Alhaji Abdulrazaq Isah Koto had instituted a case seeking to remove Alh Saidu Akawu Salihu.
