Council of Ulama’u Kogi State Branch Mourns demise of Justice A. M. Ambali.


 

INNAA LILLAHI WA INNAA ILAYHIR RAJIOON.

 

 

The Kogi State Branch, Council of Ulama’u of Nigeria, with heavy heart, solemnly received the sad news of the demise of the former Grand Kadi of Kwara State, Honourable Justice A. M. Ambali.

The sad event occurred this morning at Ilorin capital of Kwara State.
Council humbly commiserates with his immediate family members, relations, Kwara State Sharia Court family and entire Judiciary over this irreplaceable loss of a reliable, competent and erudite scholar.

It sends its condolences to His Excellency, Alhaji AbdurRahman AbdulRazak, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, the Emir of Ilorin HRM, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, the Ilorin Traditional Title holders, the Chief Imam of Ilorin and prominent Islamic Scholars.

Council solemnly prays Almighty ALLAH to Forgive him all his shortcomings, Shower His Mercy upon him, Grant him Jannat Firdaus and Grant the entire Muslim Ummah the fortitude to bear the painful but inevitable loss, ameen thumma ameen.
Indeed, his demise is a great loss to comity of Islamic Scholars in Nigeria. He was a great Islamic icon whose reputation was eminently recognized by his community in particular and people in general.
He will continue to be remembered for his contributions to the cause of Islam in Nigeria.
May Almighty ALLAH Reward him abundantly for his numerous services to Islam while on earth. He has since been buried according to Islamic rites.
Council will continue to remember him in all its prayers along with all the deceased Muslims.
May his gentle soul remain in the bliss of Jannat Firdaus, ameen thumma ameen, thanks.
