The continued stay in office of the current Head of Service in Kogi State has been described as a fraud, illegality and unconstitutional.
The Executive Director, Conscience for Human Right and Conflict Resolution, Comr Idris Miliki stated this in a statement, says it is immoral, an abuse of office and unjustifiable.
Accoding to the Statement, ” We call on the the organised labour not to recognize her in all ramification, as doing that will amount to perpetrating, illegality.
” What value have this illegal Head to of Service office added to this government.
” We call on Kogi State Governor to immediately remove this illegal head of service as all action and actions carried out since the expiration of her tenure would amount to illegality and unconstitutional.
