CONGRATULATORY TRIBUTE AS KOGI GOVERNMENT ELEVATES OBA FREDERICK BALOGUN JP, OLU APATA TO FIRST CLASS CHIEF

…Nigerian Post Describes Royal Honour as “Well Deserved, Long Overdue”
On behalf of the Management and Staff of Nigerian Post Newspaper, I heartily felicitate with His Royal Majesty, Oba Frederick Balogun JP, the Olu Apata on his well-deserved elevation to the prestigious status of a First Class Traditional Ruler by His Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
This royal elevation is not just a recognition of a crown, but a celebration of decades of purposeful, impactful and visionary leadership. It is a testament to a reign defined by dignity, wisdom, and an unshakable commitment to the progress of Apata Kingdom and Kogi State at large.
Over the years, Oba Balogun’s reign has proven to be a golden era for Apata. His throne has become a beacon of peace, unity, and development. From infrastructure to education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and socio-economic advancement, the kingdom has witnessed monumental transformation under his watch.
He is a quintessential monarch who has proven, by word and deed, that “where there is a will, there is a way.” With royal grace and uncommon foresight, he has bridged the gap between tradition and modernity, between the palace and the people, and between government and grassroots. He reigns not just as a custodian of culture, but as a builder of institutions, a father to all, and a relentless advocate for the welfare of his people.
His elevation to First Class status by the Ododo administration is therefore most fitting, timely, and deserved. It is a bold affirmation that excellence, service, and integrity still count in leadership.
We express our optimism that this new chapter will usher in astronomical growth for Apata Kingdom. With greater recognition comes greater responsibility, and we are confident that Kabiyesi will continue to deploy his influence, experience and royal authority to attract more investments, foster harmony, and position Apata as a model kingdom in Kogi State and Nigeria.
As the Olu Apata ascends this higher pedestal, Nigerian Post Newspaper celebrates with the good people of Apata, the Kogi State Government, and all well-wishers. May your reign continue to be long, peaceful, prosperous and impactful.
Kabiyesi, Ki Ade Pe L’ori. Ki Bata Pe L’ese. Igbakeji Orisa!
Signed,
Abu Micheal
