The Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones has paid a condolence visit to the Chairman Kabba Bunu LGA, Hon. Olurunleke Moses over the death of his father late Pa. Elder Olorunleke Zachous Megbehingbe.
Hon. Wemi Jones said the death is a big blow not only to the immediate family, but Okun land, Kogi West and Kogi State at large, described the late Pa. Elder Olorunleke as a father to all while he was alive.
He added that he was a community developer per excellence, a strict disciplinary in all ramification, said his qualities of firmness and courage on matters that concerned the development of Kabba Bunu development remains indelible.
Hon. Wemi Jones described the death of Pa. Elder Olorunleke Zachous Megbehingbe as sudden and coming at a time his wise counsel would have been most needed in moving the Local Government forward.
He condoled with Hon. Moses Olorunleke noting that the death is a big blow to the State and the people of Kabba Bunu LGA, however expressed his deep condolences to the Council Boss and the immediate family, Pa Olorunleke left behind.
While noting that the life and times of Pa. Elder Olorunleke will forever remain indelible in the minds of the people when juxtaposed with the positive legacies of services to humanity he was associated with, described his passing away as one that is painful.
Hon. Jones urged Hon. Moses Olorunleke and other members of the family he left behind to take solace in the fact that there father lived a fulfilled life, prayed God to grant him a peaceful rest.
He concluded by praying God to grant the family of late Pa. Elder Olorunleke the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, disclosing that the loss would be greatly felt by not only the family but by the people of Kabba Bunu LGA and Kogi State in general.
