Concerned Lokoja Indigenous People Honours Comrade Adams Babangida Jimoh With Award Of Excellence, Endorse President Tinubu, Gov. Ododo for Second Term

Amid crowd that is unprecedented in a rousing celebration of the Consultant of Lokoja international Market, Comrade Adams Babangida Jimoh, Concerned Lokoja Indigenous People Lokoja honoured him with an outstanding award of Excellence.
The event also showcased the endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for second term in their respective offices at the well attended leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Market women and Lokoja traders Association led by acting Chairman Alhaji Hassan Inuwa Manager, and Hon. Idi Ibrahim, Sarkin Pawa of Lokoja.

The former commissioner for Environment who is presently the Commissioner for Export, import commodity and market development, Hon. Victor Omofaiye commended the Awardee, Comrade Adams Babangida for his outstanding achievements since he assumed the leadership in Lokoja International Market.
The award plaque was presented by the Vice Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Area, Hon. Patricia Balogun for onward presentation to the awardee, Comrade Adams Babangida
The Commissioner, Hon. Omofaiye presided over the endorsement of President Tinubu and governor Ododo and went ahead to endorse them for re-election in the 20t27 election.
The venue was filled to the brim, as politicians, artisans, traders, teachers and other non-partisan groups, stormed the arena to participate in the confluence city endorsement organised by concerned Lokoja Indigenous People.
Hon. Omofaiye further said the endorsement would further spur Gov. Ahmed Usman Ododo to do more, and facilitates the development for the people, saying he was touched by the congregation of political market men and women who honoured Comrade Babangida and also came to ratify the President and Governor’s election for second term.
He however described President Tinibu, Gov. Ododo as leaders whom Kogi is well pleased, assuring that the state will ramp up it’s voting strength in support of them, “On behalf of President Tinubu and Gov. Usman Ododo, I thank you for this vote of confidence you are passing on them today.
In his address full of encomiums for the awardee, Comrade Babangida and Executive Governor of Kogi state, Gov. Ododo, the Sarkin Pawa of Lokoja, Hon. Idi Ibrahim who spoke on behalf of Lokoja market traders, commended Comrade Adams Babangida, saying award given to him is a well deserved one.
He said the combined forces of President Tinubu and Governor Ododo will catapult Kogi’s economy to enviable height if given a beneficial second term opportunity.
Among the dignitaries in attendance are; Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Lawal, Sarkin Kasuwa, HRH, Suleman Okaito, Ezu of Adano Of Anahogede, Egiri clan, okehi and Hajia Mariam Mohammed , DPO, Lokoja International Market, among others.
