Kogi State Commissioner for Finance Budget and Economic Planning has felicitated with Christians on the Celebration of this year’s Christmas celebration.
Asiwaju Asiru Idris in a message, urged Christians to use this special occasion which commemorates the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ to show love and kindness to one another through sacrificial giving.
He tasked them on the need to be their brother’s keeper, said the season should be for showing love and care.
The Commissioner called for Prayers for the nation and state in particular said the times is undeniably hard and challenging for our nation in view of the ravaging scourge of Covid19 amidst other economic and security challenges.
The Commissioner Congratulated Gov. Yahaya Bello and all the people of the State for witnessing yet another Christmas in peace and Economic transformation in the State.
The Commissioner thanked the people of the State for there support and cooperation to the present administration, expressed optimism that the coming years would be memorable, pointing out that the seeds of development planted by the Gov. Bello’s administration would begin to yield fruits.
Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris Congratulated christians and people of the state, prayed God to grant the State prosperity and happiness in the new year.
