The Kogi State Chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria, Special Apostle Doctor Adebayo Emmanuel Olaniyan made the remarks while speaking with News men today on Christmas good Will message to the people of the state.
The Special Apostle pointed out that 2022 Christmas is a Joyful moment signifying the birth of Jesus for the redemption of mankind.
According to Special Apostle Olaniyan appreciates God for the gift of Jesus, the born King of Kings, the Lamb of God who came to redeem the world from perdition.
The CAN Chairman, Jesus is the reason for the season stressing that If Christ had not come, mankind would have been doomed for ever and expressed gratitude to God for Jesus been the Messiah of the Universe.
The Clergy man equally Commended Kogi State Government for providing enabling environment for Christians in the State to freely practice their faith and congratulate Governor Yahaya Bello and his cabinet members on the listing of Kogi State as an oil producing State and the completion of all outstanding debts on the Ajaokuta Steel Company by the Federal Government. These major developments would no doubt further affirm Kogi State as the confluence of opportunities.
For the Christians, Special Apostle Dr Olaniyan Adebayo urged them to replicate the love of Christ by sharing with others in this yuletide. “Christ is love, let us fill the atmosphere with same” he added.
While urging all to be law abiding as they celebrate, the number one Christian in the State declared “It is a Joyful Christmas to all”
