The Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, has felicitated with the Christian community in the state, as they join other faithfuls all over the world to celebrate this year’s Christmas.
The Commissioner equally felicitated with Gov. Yahaya Bello for the enabling environment he has created for peace and security in the State, described his love for education as Unprecedented.
Hon. Jones, in a goodwill message, urged Christians to use the period to pray for peace, security and prosperity of the state and the nation.
He enjoined the christians and the entire people of the state to rededicate themselves and remain steadfast in prayers against all the challenges bedevilling the state and humanity in general.
The Commissioner Expressed optimism that with Gov. Yahaya Bello and the budgetary provision for education, the Education Sector will witness growth and development in 2022, prayed God to grant the people many more years of living to Celebrates Christmas.
He assured of his commitment to efforts that would impact positively on the Education Sector of the State and to promote unity and peaceful co-existence.
He added, “On this significant occasion of Christmas, I extend my best wishes to Gov. Yahaya Bello, the Christian community and the entire people of the state. This period reminds us of God’s love for humanity and the need to uphold the virtues of compassion, tolerance and love.
