Chieftaincy Title: Kogi Water Resources Congratulates Kogi SGS on Conferment of Yeye Oba of Mopa land
The Kogi State Commissioner For Water Resources, Engr Yahaya MD Farouk has sent a message of celebration to the Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr. Folashade Ayoade Arike on her conferment of honourary Chieftaincy Title of Yeye Oba of Mopa land by the Elulu of Mopa, HRM. Oba Muyiwa Ibeun.
The Commissioner in a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to Newsmen in Lokoja said the honour is well deserved and a recognition of a virtuous woman and an Administrator per excellence.
According to him, the choice of Dr. Ayoade as Yeye Oba of Mopa land is a reward for dedication, hard work and resilience to Governance of the State.
He pointed out that her exceptional leadership qualities has earned the SGS the confidence of the immediate past Governor Yahaya Bello and the present Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, described her as an exceptional Amazon.
“I wish to felicitate with a dogged, committed and hardworking Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr. Folashade Ayoade Arike on your well deserved Conferment of the Honourary Chieftaincy of Yeye Oba of Mopa land by His Royal Majesty, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun and Chairman, Mopamuro Local Government Traditional Council as part of activities to mark his first anniversary.
I rejoice with a Woman of substance, well respected both within and outside the State and SGS that has served for more than 8 years in the entire Northern States of the country.
