The Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Chief (Dr.) Edward Onoja congratulates His Royal Highness, Dr. Ahmed Jimoh Eneji on the event of his installation as the 13th Obobanyi of Ohionwa clan. He extends his felicitation to the people of the clan in Ihima, Okehi Local Government Area of the State.
The Deputy Governor’s Congratulatory Message was contained in a Statement issued in Lokoja, the State Capital by his Chief Press Secretary, Promise Emmanuel, where he described the newly-installed monarch as not only an astute individual, but also a visionary, courageous, unassuming and highly principled man.
The Statement read, “It is with joy that I join friends and well-wishes to congratulate you on the event of your coronation as the Obobanyi of Ohionwa. Your track record as a grounded academic and community development inclined man speaks volumes. As you sit on the stool of your ancestors, I pray that may your days be long. I also pray that may it create a handshake with major stakeholders to attract further development to your people.”
Chief Onoja prayed God to grant the Royal Father health, direction and wisdom in line with his obligation of protecting the cultural rights of the people and promoting their wellbeing.
