Chief Joseph Ameh Erico Mourns Former AGF, Abdullahi Ibrahim … Says His Death Was a Loss to Nigeria, Kogi, Igala nation.


 

A former Governoship Aspirant in the last Kogi State Governorship Election, Chief Joseph Ameh Erico has expressed sadness over the death of former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Abdullahi Ibrahim (SAN).

Chief Erico in a Condolence Message described the death of Justice Abdullahi Ibrahim as a great loss to Nigeria, Kogi State and Igala nation as a whole, said the death was one too many.

In his word, “A legal icon has just fallen. His death leaves an indelible mark. He has created a vacuum that will be difficult to fill. His wealth of experience from the bar and bench speaks volumes and remains unprecedented in the nation’s anals of the Judiciary” he said.

Chief Erico described Late Abdullahi as God’s gift to humanity said he played his role on earth in fairness, humility, empathy and mentorship pointed out that without fear of contradiction, the nation Particularly the Igala nation has lost a great man of impeccable character.

While he prayed God Almighty to grant the family of the legal luminary the fortitude to bear the painful loss and for Allah to grant his soul rest, Chief Erico urged the Igala nation to take solace in the fact that the late Legal Icon lived a fulfilled life to the Glory of God and made the Igala nation proud.
