Breaking: Kogi ADC Dissolves LG/Ward Executives in Yagba Federal Constituency, Appointments Interim Committees.
The Kogi State Chapter of the African Democratic Congress ADC, has dissolve the Local Government and Ward Executives of the Party in Yagba Federal Constituency.
The letter of dissolution copied the Nigerian Post Newspaper was signed by Hon Kingsley Temitope Ogga, State Chairman and Comrade Adaji John Udale, State secretary reads thus:

Yagba East ADC LGA Executives/Wards Executives,
Yagba West ADC LGA Executives/Wards Executives,
Mopa/Amuro ADC LGA/ Wards Executives
DISSOLUTION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND WARDS EXECUTIVES COMMITTEE IN YAGBA FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM COMMITTEE.
I have been directed to convey to the concemed executive officers of their dissolution as stipulated in Article 23 Section D of our great party Constitution which end your tenure since April 2025.
This decision is predicated on the abuse of party processes, which you displayed in the period of your tenure extension from April 2025 till date.
The state working committee have reviewed these activities so far which are not in line with the party ideology.
On the face of your flagrant disobedience to state directives, the party, in line with Article 23 mentioned above and Article 22 Section 1 and 3 of ADC Constitution, hereby dissolves all the local government and Ward Executive committees across Yagba Federal Constituency with immediate effect.
Furthermore, you are to handover all party properties in your possession to the interim committee appointed below.
