Boreholes: Engr. Bashiru Completes Geological Survey in Girinya, Okofi, Aseni Communities of Kogi LGA
The Kogi State Commissioner For Solid Minerals and Natural Resources Engr Bashiru Gegu has mobilized Geologist to three different locations in Kogi LGA In the directives of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo for Commissioner to sink three boreholes in their Local Government.
Speaking after the Geological survey, Engr. Bashiru said ” In accordance with my Boss’s directive, instructing me and other colleagues to construct three boreholes across various LGA’s. I have mobilized geologists to conduct surveys at Girinya, Okofi, and Aseni for the immediate construction of Submersible boreholes across the three zones in Kogi LGA”.
Engr. Bashiru praised Gov Ododo for the initiative, pointing out that it was a welcome development.
“Kudos to our Boss, the Chief Servant of Kogi State, for leading us by example. “I have always lived for the people. Before now I have sank several boreholes and donated transformers. Politics is about service and I’m proud to be associated with giving back to Communities”.
