The Genaral Manager, Kogi State Signage and Advertisement Agency, Hon. Richard Osaseyi has sent a message of felicitations to Gov. Yahaya Adoza Bello (CON), Executive Governor of Kogi State on the auspicious occasion of his 48th Birthday.
