The Council Chairman, Kabba Bunu LGA, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, has sent a message of felicitations to the Kogi State first lady,
Hajia Sefinat Ahmed Ododo, on the auspicious occasion of her birthday.
Barr. Dare in a statement issued to Newsmen described the wife of the Governor as a quintessential mother indeed who’s efforts at empowering women in the State remains unrivalled.
The Chairman described the First Lady of Kogi State as a strong advocate in her fight against Gender Based Violence, says her tenure thus far has been rewarding.
While he Commended the first lady for her support for women, children, particularly the vulnerable in the society, Barr. Dare said since the assumption of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo as Executive Governor, the first lady’s strong support can be seen in the several accomplishments the State has witnessed.
The Chairman prayed for more of God’s wisdom and good health for the first Lady and her family to enable her continue with the good works that she has begun as the mother of the State.
