The Kogi State Commissioner For Water Resources, Engr Yahaya MD Farouk, has sent a message of felicitations to the State Deputy Governor on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.
Engr Farouk in a statement issued to Newsmen, described the loyalty and simplicity of the Deputy Governor, Comr. Joel Salifu Oyibo as unrivaled.
The Commissioner wished the Deputy Governor many more years of celebration in good health and prosperity.
While he prayed for the success of the Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo’s administration, he urged the Deputy Governor to continue to serve as a veritable support in ensuring that the State witness a new lease of life.
