The eight Children of Warrant Officer Olawumi Samuel Rtd, have described their father as the best father children should wish to have, when it comes to showering love and in discipline.
The eight of WO2 Olawumi’s Children at the weekend gathered at Ikorodu Lagos, Nigeria at the residence of Mr & Mrs Oluwaseyi & Friday Ayokunle Oyidi, the first child of the celebrant, showered encomium on their father for being a father and a father indeed.
WO2 Olawumi Samuel Rtd, married to Mrs Angelina Olawumi with the marriage blessed with eight children amongst which is the Kogi State Cultural Ambassador, Kemi Olawumi and the 6th child of the family, used the 70th birthday celebration to thank God for spearing the life of their father, in good health and prosperity.
The Children individually at the occasion paid glowing tribute to their father for the provision, protection, discipline and nurturing them to acquire sound education, Prayed that he would live long to enjoy the fruits of his labour.
Highlights of the birthday celebration was special prayers and presentation of good gifts by the children to their father, commended their mother for standing before their father through tick and thick. The birthday didn’t end without so much to eat and drink by family members and associates.
