BIRTHDAY MESSAGE TO ALH MOUKTAR ATIMAH, AN ASTUTE ADMINISTRATOR AND A POLITICAL TALENT HUNTER
Today, as the Executive Secretary Kogi State Emergency Management Agency (KOSEMA), Alh Mouktar Atimah, marks his birthday with styles of giving back to the society, we celebrate not only the new age in his life but also the remarkable strides he has made so far in leadership role.
In less than two years at the helm, Alh Mouktar has rekindled an effective disaster mitigation and renewed ‘Hope’ of residents on emergency management in Kogi State. The visible administrative development currently witnessing in the Agency is a symbol of CAPACITY and potential.
As we celebrate KogiSEMA Boss on this special day, we honour his commitment to office duty, his capacity in politcal service, and his determination to add value to Governor Ododo’s Administration.
