The Kogi State Commissioner for Finance Budget and Economic Planning, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris has sent a message of Felicitations to Mrs Deborah Oshatinmehin on her birthday, describing her as a quintessential mother and passionate about the good of the State.
