The Kogi State Executive Secretary, Office for the Disability Affairs, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael has sent a message to congratulate Alh. Jubril Momoh, the State Accountant General on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.
Barr. Dare in a message he signed on behalf of the disability community reads:

You have proven yourself to be a leader of high ethics and morality.
On your birthday, we’re proud to call you our friend. Thank you for everything and for being a thoughtful and wise leader that we in the disability community respect and admire.
