The Kogi State Commissioner For Environment and Ecological Management, Engr Oliwasegun Joseph, has felicitated with the Kogi State Attorney General and Commissioner For Justice, Barr. Muiz Yinus Abdullahi, SAN. on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
