— The woman who taught me uncommon courage,self believe and grit confidence and faith in the ultimate power of God.

Today is your 74th posthumous birthday I can never forget to remember for the remaining part of my existence in this fleeting and temporary world.
My sweet mother, how can I ever forget you.
I have been praying for you every minute since you departed this sinful and useless world.
A world where principalities and evil minded people can decide to end another person’s life, they didn’t create.
I had thought me and you would live together till end of time.
I was so naive thinking that life is so easy to achieve your dreams without bothering about evil friendly people
As we were making beautiful plans on how to live peacefully and enjoy the good things of life that you labored and suffered for as a hard-working and dutiful house wife,,we forgot to make plans for untimely death in the hands of useless people that are within the family.
When I thought we had everything under our control ,I didn’t make provisions for your sudden death.
Since you departed this wicked world on June 25 2005 i was left in the cold.
As an orphan how am I supposed to keep going on without you , my moral compass.
My special adviser and help mate left me just like that on that fateful day that my world crumbled like a pack of cards.
Part of me especially my will power died with you.
I became vulnerable and open to vicious attacks from everyone including my most trusted family members.
I became helpless and distressed.
If not for God and my loyal and faithful wife I would have long joined you in heaven.
I quickly turned to God to seek refuge and strength since I was stripped naked by those i invested my trust in.
I thought every friendly face is harmless and trustworthy.
I learnt my lessons in a bitter way.
What a wicked world we live in!
My dear sweet mother i know you are not sleeping and forgetting me in heaven.
I know you are with me every minute.
You have told all the angels in heaven not to forsake me.
And God has answered your prayers from heaven.
The legacies of hardwork, industry and faith in God you left behind for me is keeping me and my family going.
You died young at the unripe age of 58, leaving behind everything me and you labored for in the hands of vampires who are enjoying the fruits of our labor.
Now I know why you constantly reminded me to beware of what you called big elephants in the family.
That word is even an understatement from you but you captured the very nature of human beings, succinctly.
I have a word from God to you today.
God has promised me I would not die before my time.
I will enjoy the fruits of my labor till old age.
The devourer is defeated.
Am protected from all the so-called strong enemies within the family circle.
I will continue to bury them one by one.
Nobody is gonna take my life cheaply like yours.
Please continue to rest in the blossom of the lord till we meet to part no more.
My family sends their beautiful wishes for you.
Rest on my sweet mother,Avosuahi Siyaka,a great woman of valour and gallantry,who succeeded where most men failed.
She was a farmer , business woman and care giver who taught me the value of charity and peaceful coexistence with people.
You were the most quintessential and exceptional mother in the world.
Yes.You were.
Your exemplary life is a source of inspiration to a lot of women in our community and beyond in Ebiralsnd.
You lived a beautiful life worthy of emulation.
