Bayelsa State Traditional Rulers Council has called on stakeholders and private sectors to key into the Niger Delta Carnival slated to hold in the State during the Christmas season.
The chairman of the Council, HRM Bubaraye Dakolo made the call when Niger Delta Reporter Newspaper crew paid him a courtesy visit in his office in Yenagoa.
HRM Dakolo said that the carnival would serve a veritable tool to promote Ijaw culture, norms, values, language to tourists during the programme.
