The All Progressives Congress Flagbearer for Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, Barr. Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem has taken the responsibility to install a brand new transformer supplied by the State Government to Harmony Community in the 200 Housing Unit Estate of Ajaokuta LGA.
The 33kva Transformer was supplied to the Community by the State Government through the Kogi State Community and Social Development Agency.
The APC Flagbearer made the pledge to install the transformer at the projects flagged off that is fully funded by the State Government in the construction the access road, upgrading the Community’s old transformer as well as the donation of another brand new transformer all in Harmony Community located in the 200 Unit Estate.
Speaking at the ceremony, Barr. Sanni disclosed that his decision to intervene in community development is borne out of his desires to complement the efforts of Government, pointing out that the days when infrastructure development is seen solely as responsibility of the Government is long gone.
While maintaining that he has taking after the steps of Gov. Yahaya Bello who believed that community development and services to humanity is the best approach for rapid development, promised to henceforth contribute to the development of Harmony Community.
The APC Flagbearer called for Community’s to always see partnership with government as the best way to go, promised the immediate installation of the transformer in the Community on behalf of all the candidates of the APC in the forthcoming 2023 general election.
The APC Flagbearer listed the ongoing construction of the road from Ganaja Primary School to the High tension, the installation of the 500 Unit transformer as well as his present partnership with Dangote to make the Ganaja village end of the road submerged by water motorable as some of his recent interventions in community development, says if elected to the National Assembly, the welfare of the people remains his cardinal objectives.
Barr. Sanni promised the Women and Youths of Harmony Community a new lease of life in the areas of empowerment that would improve on their means of livelihood education, employment as going to be his priority in the lower Chamber of the National Assembly if elected.
The APC Flagbearer lauded the administration of Gov. Yahaya Bello for bringing democracy dividends closer to the doorsteps of the people, urged the Kogi State Community and Social Development Agency to sustain its impact in hard to reach communities and in rural community development, a feat he described as unprecedented.
