The National Youth Council of Nigeria Kogi State chapter, the umbrella body of all youthful, purposeful and dutiful entities in Kogi State under the arrow head of the most vibrant, most enthusiastic and most useful leader Amb. *USMAN OGOHI Samuel* celebrates with Chief pharmacist *Muhammad Jamiu ASUKU*, the chief of staff to his excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello the executive governor of Kogi State on the occasion of his two years in office.
The council describes the enigma as a leader who has created many leaders and built a purposeful synergy between the youths and the government.
His developmental strides and exceptional contributions towards education, unity, peace, socio-economic, cultural and political growth in Kogi state can never be overemphasized.
