Association of Master Baker’s and Caterers in Kogi Elect Chief Adeniyi Bamidele Gabriel As Chairman.


 

The Association of Master Baker’s and Caterers of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter, has elected a seventeen member new Executives to pilot its affairs in Kogi State.

 

 

Chief Adeniyi Bamidele Gabriel was elected by the Association as it Chairman, following what many of the members described as his wonderful performances when he held sway as Chairman of Lokoja/Koton Zone for years.

 

In his acceptance, the newly elected Chairman urged members to form a formidable force towards advancing the progress of the bakery business despite the global pushing and constant increase in the price of baking materials.

 

Mr. Bamidele decried the high cost of flour, sugar and other bakery ingredients, but assured of the strategic intervention of the new Executives to curb or reduce the current baking challenges.

 

While pointing out that he would be looking forward to new ideas and inputs from members that will bring positive changes in the lives of members.

He promised to take the bull by the horns towards achieving set objectives and goals, said he would bring his wealth of experience for 22 years in meeting the yearning and aspiration of members.

Other elected Executives of the Association of Master Baker’s and Caterers are: Chief Nwabueze Innocent as Vice Chairman, Chief Oluwasegun Fagbemi as Secretary, Alhaji Olaleye Surajudeen as Assistant Secretary, Mall. Jubril Mohammed Nasif Treasurer, Mr. Dada Ayomide Mathew as Financial Secretary.

Others elected are Yerima Mohammed as Chief PRO, Mr. Ejiofor Anthony as Welfare Officer and Chairman Taskforce.

Earlier in his charge to the newly elected Chairman, Alh. Mansur Umar, National President AMBCN, represented by Hon. Jude Okafor, National Secretary, AMBCN, urged them to position the association for excellence and quality delivery of products by the Association.

Highlights of the inauguration was oath taking conducted by Barr. Suleiman Alihu, a legal practitioner in the State.
