I, Comr. Victor MD Kpanaki, wish to express my profound gratitude to His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, Executive Governor of Kogi State, for finding me worthy to serve as Senior Special Assistant on Youth Mobilization (Bassa).

This appointment is a clear demonstration of Your Excellency’s commitment to youth inclusion and grassroots mobilization in Kogi State.

I accept this responsibility with humility and I pledge my total loyalty, dedication, and commitment to the success of your administration and the APC in Bassa LGA and Kogi State at large.

I also extend my heartfelt appreciation to my father and mentor, Alh. (Dr.) YY Okala, the Kogi State Auditor General, for his fatherly guidance, support, and for facilitating this opportunity. Your belief in me will not be taken for granted.
