APC will sweep council polls in Kogi-Olobatoke
A renowned All Progressive Congress, (APC) Chieftain in Kogi State Mrs. Folashade Olobatoke
said the ruling party will win the forthcoming Local Government election scheduled for 19th October 2024.
Olobatoke disclosed this on Saturday in Kabba during the SoroSoke family awareness walk in anticipation of the upcoming Council Election.
The APC Stalwart who noted that the party has done well in the State in the last eight years explained that Kogi State has witnessed unprecedented development under the previous and current administration.
According to her, “There is no opposition party in Kogi State. The only party that is visible and working in line with the wishes of Kogites is APC. Under the APC government in Kogi State, things has changed for the good. Look at the infrastructure, education, health, and human development. It has never happened before.
“The immediate past Governor Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello did a lot for the people of Kogi State and his predicessor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has come to consolidate this remarkable achievement. Even the blind Man could see that Kogi State has changed positively under the APC. To me, the forthcoming Local Government election will be a work over before am optimistic that APC will sweep all the Local Government”.
She admonished the People of Kabba/Bunu Local to vote for the APC Chairmanship Candidate
Hon. Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, and Vice Hon. Mrs. Olumeyan Ifeduni Bosede in the forthcoming election.
