Kogi born entertainment entrepreneur,former National Vice President of the largest Union of black musicians in the world (PMAN) & house of representative candidate in the last national elections Hon. Baba Ojonugwa popularly called J.F.O has congratulated the national leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) over the just-concluded congresses held nationwide.
J.F.O also congratulated his Excellency Alh. Yahaya Bello the executive Governor of Kogi, his home state, on the peaceful and transparent affirmation method adopted in the state.
He called on all APC members to be loyal & keep to the resolutions made at the Congress while calling on the Kogi State APC Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Bello to continue his excellent leadership style by carrying other executives & party members along especially the new members from other political parties who are being marginalized and deprived of a sense of belonging by the older members of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Baba Ojonugwa expressed great joy for the new exco members from Kogi east especially the state woman leader Hajia Hawau Aduku who is from his own local government area Ankpa.
In his words, ”APC in Kogi has shown that youths, women and the physically challenged have a place in government and thus a replication of this at the national level is possible if we keep our party united like the family we are for the tongue and teeth do quarrel but still stay together”.
He finally prayed for wisdom, knowledge and understanding on the ruling party & her members.
