APC Deputy National Treasurer Says 2026 Presents Renewed Hope And Fresh Opportunities For Nigerians

Hon. Lady Omorede Osifo, APC Deputy National Treasurer, who is also the Special Adviser to the Edo State Governor on Women Mobilisation (State), has stated that “the New Year presents us with renewed hope, a shining future, fresh opportunities, and a strengthened resolve to deepen inclusive governance, women empowerment, and grassroots mobilisation across our dear State Edo State.”
This is contained in her new year message even as she appreciated “the visionary leadership of His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, whose people-centred policies continue to inspire confidence, unity, and sustainable development in Edo State.”
She also extended warm greetings and best wishes to President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his wife, and the Coordinator of the Office of the Edo First Lady, Edesili Okpebholo Anani.
Hon. Osifo expressed profound gratitude to women across wards, communities, and local governments, “for their support, cooperation, and unwavering belief in this administration” adding that their “participation remains the backbone of effective mobilisation and civic engagement.”
Going further, she stated: “As we journey through 2026, my office remains fully committed to advancing women-focused programmes, strengthening solidarity, and supporting the vision of the Governor for a more prosperous, equitable, and united Edo State.
“May the New Year bring peace, good health, prosperity, and greater accomplishments to Edo State and our nation at large.”
