Anyigba Developement Association Honours Former Governor Ibrahim Idris. …. ‘As The Star Lite Of Modern Anyigba Developement.’


 

Fomer Kogi Governor, Alhaji Ibahim Idris has extended his appreciation to the people of Anyigba Community in Lokoja, for deeming him fit for the singular honour bestowed on him.

 

The Former Kogi Governor made this remark during an award ceremony Organized by Anyigba Developement Association ADA in lokoja.

Alhaji Ibrahim Idris says he feels highly honoured that Anyigba Community in Lokoja have make out time to honour him at this critical time.

He commended the Community for remembering to honour him, saying it is not easy to appreciate good gesture in the modern day Nigeia.

Ibrahim Idris noted that his efforts to provide social and infrastructural facilities to Anyigba Community,Dekina local government,by extension kogi east, kogi state is also a good strides done to himself and his service to Humanity.

Former Kogi Governor maintained that even though it is not possible to do all interms of developement, his strides that is being appreciated is a right step in the right direction.

He appealed to the people of Anyigba Community to preach the gospel of tolerance and forgiveness as the bane of the survival of all human nature.

He commended the community for the singular honour done to him and other recipients,saying that will spur them to do more not only to Anyigba Community,but the entire Igala land,Kogi state at large.

Former Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris urged the community to remain one indivisible entity, geared towards the developement of the town.

Earlier the Chairman of the body in Lokoja, Mr Danladi Francis Haruna thanked the former govenor for his communal efforts,saying the community is essentaily grateful to his giant strides.
