The Kogi State Branch, Council of Ulama’u of Nigeria wishes to happily congratulate ALHAJI IDRIS BABANGO, the Administrative Secretary of the Council for being appointed as the State Amirul-Hajj to lead the pilgrims from the State for this year’s annual Hajj as announced by the State Hajj Commission.
Council felicitates with the entire Muslims of the State and respectfully thank His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmad Usman Ododo, the Governor and Chief Servant of Kogi State for finding Alhaji BABANGO one of its members worthy of being appointed to this ever cherished prestigious position of the Amiru-Hajj.
It thanks all the Muslims in particular and the people in general for congratulating him and the Council through various media platforms over this appointment. This overwhelming congratulations from the public, affirm His Excellency’s choice of the rightful personality to lead our respected state contingent to the Holy Land for this year’s ever virtuous and spiritual pilgrimage

It prays Almighty ALLAH to Continue to Support, Strengthen, Guide and Protect the Amiru-Hajj, the officials along with all the members of their respected contingent to and from Saudi Arabia safely, ameen thumma ameen
