Aftermaths Election, Some Commissioners, SAs, SSAs To Go On Suspension In Kogi.


 

The last has not been heard aftermaths the Presidential, National and State Assembly Election held in Kogi State as more heads to roll.

 

 

A source who will not want his name mentioned disclosed that six Commissioners and some Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistant are to be suspended.

According to the source the suspension is connected to the roles played by the appointees in the just concluded election.

Some of them lost woefully in their unit, Wards and Local Government,with the source saying it caused collosal embarrassment to the ruling APC.

Some of the appointees it was discovered engaged in serious anti party activities, worked for the opposition against the ruling party’s candidate.

Recall that the APC coming out of the primary election to select candidates had major disaffection, caused party members to in some cases worked against the party’s candidates.

Recall that the Kogi State House of Assembly yesterday suspended nine Lawmakers and eight council Chairmen for alledged terrorism and electoral violence.

The allegations it was gathered is a fallout of the antiparty activities engaged in by the APC members.

According to the source the suspension is a punishment for offenders and to serve as deterrent for others ahead of forthcoming APC Governorship Primary’s and main election later in November.
