Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has frowned at the nation’s stunted economic growth, linked to the rising debt services that gulps high percentage of the federal government’s revenue.

Adeboye on Sunday at the October thanksgiving and prayer service for government officials, royal fathers and their families, expressed worry over the height of terrorism, killings and kidnappings rising from the insecurity in the land.

The revered cleric in his sermon during the service tagged: “Divine Involvement”, said it was regrettable that abominable acts were daily going on in the country, leading to the desecration of the land.

Adeboye, however, viewed that solution was underway as Nigeria will be another testimony to the world, while assuring that “God will give Nigeria rest.”

He also stated :”When God is involved, He can turn a failure to an overnight success…If God gets involved in the affairs of a nation it will put an end to terrorism…When God gets involved in our nation He can turn the tide of the economy. Whether we believe it or not Nigeria will survive.
