Achuba condoles with Governor Ododo over father’s death
The former Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Elder Simon Achuba has condoled with the Governor of Kogi State, Usman Ododo over the death of his father, Alh. Ahmed Momohsani Ododo.
Achuba, in a condolence message he personally signed, said the Governor’s late father lived a fulfilled life, urging the Governor to keep his legacy.
The message reads: “I convey my deepest sympathy to the Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Ahmed Usman Ododo on the death of his father, Alh. Ahmed Momohsani Ododo who departed on the 18th of August 2025 at the age of 83 years.
“Your Excellency, as you mourn your lovely father, may the Almighty God comfort you and your family and give you the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. While it is known to every living soul that death is a necessary end, be consoled with the fact that your late father lived a fulfilled life. No doubt, your father, while alive, related with his people with kindness and wisdom. I urge you and other family members to keep his legacy as we pray God to grant your late father eternal rest
“Although your dear father left at a time his fatherly affection and prayers are needed most, but remember that “God giveth and God taketh”. My sincere condolences are with your family and the people of Kogi State at this trying time.
“On behalf of my family, I once again, pray for the repose of the soul of your late father”.
