Abenemi’s Joining APC, An Asset, Political Value of Inestimable Value.

The coming into the All Progressives Congress by Hon. Sam Ranti Abenemi is a plus that has a political value addition that would sway votes.
For many who have followed the politics of Hon Abenemi, he is a Grassroots Politician, who has in the last 42 years made a remarkable impact anywhere he finds himself politically.
Recalled that under an obscure Party, Abenemi in one of the most contested election in Lokoja LGA, Emerge as Chairman in 1998 and has since then remained focused and valuable.
Till date, a man who has since then become a Colossus, served as political think tank for the likes of late Stephen Achema, Late Daniyan and later Prince Abubakar Audu, for anyone who is politically mischievous, still confused and dazed that Hon. Abenemi, dumped the SDP, you will continue to lick your wounds, as he left with everything called asset and value.
A former SIEC Commissioner under Late Prince Audu, Commissioner for Water Resources under Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, it is on record that he conceptualize the Greater Lokoja Water Works, which some miscreants Genz generation who do not know the worth of Abenemi would gloss over.
Abenemi served as Deputy Chairman of the PDP when it was a Party that mattered most, before he was begged because of his value to join the SDP and ended up as a running mate.
Abenemi was the race of the SDP, as he represented the bridge, not a tribal bigot that gave the SDP ticket credibility of a broad base party.
His impact resonated till Kogi LGA, as his experience working with a neophyte, made him reach out to several known faces in Lokoja, Kogi and other LGAs in the State. The results of the election for Many who are truthful to themselves know that Abenemi, was a hard nut to crack.
If not for the suppression of votes and intimidation, add the true result of Lokoja and Kogi LGAs to the entire results as it was in his favor, would have changed the narratives if not for the way politics is played in our clime.
As things stands, Abenemi’s over four decades experience, an age older than John Okolo Onuche, a character with indiscipline and poor upbringing but thinks that using the social media to insult respected personalities is the new order, would have shut his buckle cavity for peace to resign.
For now, Lokoja APC says according to Maikudi Bature, the Party’s Chairman and others who are still basking in Abenemi’s joining the APC, are happy that they have caught a big fish, an asset of inestimable value.
