A thin line between effective functioning as a chief of staff to the Governor and clout chasing for personal interest.

Re-directing the view of _Ebira Vonya_ on it’s post that seeks to advice Alhaji Ali Bello, The Chief Of Staff to the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
Imperatively, It is instructive to know, the effectiveness of an administration is measured by the impact of its distinct unit that makes it a whole and how it’s policies appeal to the general public.
The chief of State in any administration is suppose to:
— Be a strategic leader that prioritize the governor’s agenda, fitting out direction, and ensuring all teams objective are tailored towards fulfilling the aim of the administration and modeling the image of the Governor as the character behind all achieved success — He indirectly ruines the Governor’s image anytime the Chief of staff position himself to receive credit for effective services by the administration.
Alhaji Ali Bello is not a clout chaser neither does he has interior motives.
— The other key aspect of his function is Problem solving and crises management, this is one of the set back the past administration faced, rendering the system undetermined on relevant subject matter and spotlighting it for the wrong reasons. The tremendous achievement of FGYB did not make headlines like the many political tussle he got into — Kogites will not forget in a hurry, the tussle between FGYB and Sen. Dino Malaye, it was an evolving stages of comical tussle that never worth the time, energy and resources invested in it.
Alhaji Ali Bello will not let such scenario happen, I believe.
Lastly, he ensures that the right people are delegated with the administrative task, empowering members, building relationship between the legislative, stake holders and community leaders.
He has not shot fall of his responsibilities as the past political employment across Kogi State was all inclusive, ensuring proper represent across our diversity.
By the post making round, where the write penned his/her level naiveness thus, ” Don’t listen to those who willing to camp you inside one room to extorting you and forgetting the people outside.”
What has he done wrong to warrant this outburst of nonsense.
Regardless, If only you know Alhaji Ali Bello, you will understand that his personality is beyond your claim.
In conclusion, the reasonable and informed mind in Kogi State are not just happy to have a youth friendly chief of staff, an administrator per excellence and a humanist who understand the plight of his people and he is providing solutions intentionally without chasing clout.
Dear Alhaji Ali Bello, we are enthusiastically proud of You.
