
WAEC: Kogi students to access their results in the next few hours, Kogi not owing a dime.

The Kogi State Government has responded promptly to the mischievous news making the rounds that the State Government was owing WAEC registration fees.
The State Government described the misinformation as untrue said the State Government was not responsible for withholding students’ results.
The State Commissioner for Education, Hon. Wemi Jones following the misinformation immediately met with Officials of the examination body, pointing out that everything has been resolved amicably.
According to Hon. Jones, he said the State Government is not owing WAEC a dime.
“Our students will be able to access their results in the next few hours”.
“The State Government remains committed to prioritizing education”.
“We thank the students and parents for their understanding”.
In a statement signed by Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, State Commissioner for Information and Communications, urged Students to in few hours check their results.
