From the Palace Of The Ohimegye Igu Koton Karfe And Chairman Lokoja/Koto Traditional Council Of Chiefs
The Ohimegye Igu Koton Karfe HRM, Dr. Saidu Akawu Salihu extends his heartfelt wishes and warm greetings to the entire Muslim Ummah particularly the people of Igu Koton Karfe Kingdom as well as to all Nigerians and the global Muslim Ummah, on the occasion of the New Islamic Year, 1/Muharram/1447, corresponding to 26th June, 2025 in the Gregorian calendar.
HRM, prays that this new Hijri year brings peace, prosperity, growth, and unity. He expresses his hope that it will usher in renewed strength and commitment towards building a more united society. He encourages everyone to continue embracing the collective efforts and vision of promoting peace and unity.
