. Honourable Umar Aliyu Yusuf have over the time contributed immensely to the success of all members who ave represented LOKOJA 2 In the hallowed chamber of the Kogi state house of Assembly.
Each came made their contributions and left their signs on the sands of time.
Coming with immense political experience and having interacted with the political class over a period of time, himself having contested to be a councillor, his experience is reserved.
From this reservoir of experience and the honour and privilege of been the speaker Kogi state house of Assembly (first among equal) His Assignment was made easy for him.
Hon Aliyu Umar has been able to show he is grass rooted.
The retinue of aides to assuage his supporters over time is commendable.
As a person who self sponsored himself through education, he provided scholarship for his constituents.
Through his efforts the national grid was stepped down to Agbaja communities.
An astute believer in brotherhood he wooed many of us to join in making his tenure in government realistic in terms of success at poll for Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo.
His believe in the traditional institution has earned him many recognition , particularly BADAKWOSHI OF LOKOJA .
In 2 years, his impact resonates across Lokoja LGA and environs.
Visibly disturbed by the recent attack on his people he left no stone unturned to reassure his people that there safety is paramount to him.
In the spirit of togetherness the people of Lokoja 2 have already adopted the principle of 2 term each, beginning with Hon Ndakwo ,which is key to political development.
We pray for good health to enable you complete this tenure and to add another term.
It can only be better.
