Oladele Nihi Hails Gov. Ododo as a Student-Friendly Leader

Hon. Oladele John Nihi, Special Adviser on Youth and Student Matters to the Kogi State Governor, recently hosted a delegation of student leaders in his office, lauding Governor Usman Ododo as a leader deeply committed to student welfare.
During separate courtesy visits, executives from the Igala Students Association (ISA) at Kogi State Polytechnic, the National Association of Okun Students (NAOS), the Senate Council of the Student Union Government (SUG) at Kogi State Polytechnic, and the Yagba East Student Union commended Nihi’s dedicated service in his role.
They expressed solidarity and appreciation for his efforts in advancing student interests, which they noted reflect Governor Ododo’s proactive stance on education and youth empowerment.
Hon. Nihi expressed gratitude for a certificate of recognition presented by the SUG Senate President, Kogi State Polytechnic Chapter, calling it an honor that underscores the administration’s prioritization of student needs.
The meetings also explored collaborative opportunities to support academic initiatives and programs benefiting Kogi State students. Nihi reaffirmed his commitment to fostering partnerships that drive progress in the education sector.
In a related development, Nihi visited Hon. Hilary Ojomah, Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, describing him as a respected mentor and dynamic leader.
He emphasized the value of their discussions, noting, “It is always a pleasure to exchange ideas with someone so dedicated to our state’s development.”
The engagements highlight the Ododo administration’s ongoing efforts to engage stakeholders in shaping policies that empower Kogi’s youth and student community.
