The first bombshell came in 2019, when she accused then-Governor Yahaya Bello of plotting to assassinate her. The claim sent shockwaves through political circles, but as investigations unfolded, no evidence emerged. Bello dismissed it as a desperate attempt to gain sympathy ahead of the Kogi elections.
2021: A Scandalous Allegation
Two years later, another storm brewed—this time outside the political sphere. Natasha accused political commentator Reno Omokri of sexual harassment. Social media erupted, but Reno countered with his own evidence, vehemently denying the allegations. The case never gained legal traction, but it added another chapter to Natasha’s growing list of battles.
2023: A Familiar Accusation
As the 2023 elections loomed, Natasha returned to familiar ground, once again alleging that Yahaya Bello was plotting to kill her. This time, she claimed the threats were even more severe. Yet, just like in 2019, no concrete proof surfaced. Bello, now a seasoned veteran of her accusations, laughed it off, calling it a “scripted distraction.”
2025: The Triple Assault
By 2025, Natasha had sharpened her weapons. In a dramatic turn of events, she accused both Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Yahaya Bello of a new assassination plot. The Senate chambers were in an uproar, but security agencies found no credible threat.
Just as the dust was settling, another accusation flew—this time, against Akpabio alone. Natasha claimed he had sexually harassed her, adding to her long list of alleged enemies. Akpabio, caught between shock and amusement, called it a “political witch hunt.”
But she wasn’t done yet. Later that year, she accused Akpabio of orchestrating her removal from a key Senate position due to her stance on LNG plant investments. The claim sparked debates, but analysts pointed out that her removal had little to do with gas plants and more with party dynamics.
